The hiberfil.sys is the "backup" file for the Hibernation modus. It has the same size than the installed amount of RAM.  
How to remove that file?
1.) Open the Windows Control Panel
2.) Double-click Power Options
3.) Click the Hibernate tab, de-select the ‘Enable hibernate support’ check box, and then click Apply.
4.) Restart your computer and hiberfil.sys will be automatically deleted.
