Internet Explorer 7 RSS auto discovery

Now, the new Internet Explorer 7 is out in Beta 2 Status and you think about the new features like RSS auto discovery, but hey, how the Internet Explorer 7 and the competitors (Firefox, Opera) know that a RSS is behind a Website? The Website tells it via such a HTML code:
